2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the i-NariDigit website as well as the terms of acquisition and use of the extensions, plugins and add-ons published by i-NariDigit (in particular PixCompare). By browsing this site or by acquiring a license, you unreservedly accept these terms.
3. Sales Service and Order Processing (Merchant of Record)
License sales, secure payment processing, delivery of license keys and invoice issuance are fully managed and carried out by our partner Freemius Inc., which acts as the official reseller (Merchant of Record).
Prices displayed on the pricing pages and the Freemius checkout. Taxes calculated by Freemius according to the buyer's country. Invoices issued by Freemius are available from your /account/ area.
4. Licenses and Rights of Use
Each extension purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license limited to the number of websites specified in the order:
Updates: Access to security and feature updates is guaranteed for the duration of the active license.
Technical support: Support is provided through our dedicated channel for users with an active license.
5. Intellectual Property
All elements of the site (texts, visuals, logos, trademarks) as well as the source code of the software and plugins are the exclusive property of i-NariDigit, protected by intellectual property and copyright laws.
6. Refund Policy
In accordance with our satisfaction policy, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund if the product does not meet your expectations or presents an unresolved malfunction. Requests must be submitted through our Support page.
7. Limitation of Liability
i-NariDigit strives to provide secure, optimized plugins that comply with official WordPress and WooCommerce standards. However, i-NariDigit cannot be held liable for incompatibilities or malfunctions resulting from third-party modifications, hosting outages or non-standardized extensions.
8. Prices, Currencies and Taxes
Prices indicated on the pricing pages and the Freemius checkout. Billing currency: USD. Taxes calculated and collected by Freemius as Merchant of Record.
